O-175 Consolidated Guide to Material Parameters needed for IM Modeling and Simulation Efforts - Progress Update

This paper updates progress to date on MSIAC’s generation of a consolidated guide to energetic material parameters needed for typical insensitive munitions (IM) modelling and simulation efforts.  An explanation of tests and experiments to determine the parameters will also be included.  The need for this guide was a direct output of the 2014 MSIAC Workshop on Shaped Charge Jet, (documented in the final report L-186) which called for an international effort to identify, prioritize, and make progress toward standardizing material data.
