Dr Michael W. Sharp (Energetic Materials) , NIMIC Staff Since NIMIC's inception, one of the main goals has been to organise workshops on topics of interest to the Insensitive Munitions (IM) community. Therefore, over the last two years NIMIC has held four workshops at the request of the IM Community.
The purpose of this paper is to provide information regarding the goals and objectives of the workshops, to present some of the more important conclusions and recommendations that were reached by the workshop participants, and to discuss some follow-on activities.
