L-289 Release Notes for MQDCAT v2.6

This report describes the feedback that was received from the international community about the MSIAC Quantity Distance Consequence Analysis Tool (MQDCAT) v2.4 and how this was used to develop MQDCAT v2.6. The main new features are the calculation of Individual Risk and Group Risk based on probability of event and changes to the Hazard Division related input. The report also shows initial steps taken to compare MQDCAT with other models, accidents, and tests. Possibilities for development beyond v2.6 are also given.
